Managing Director - Administrative and Financial Director

Malak AGHERBI has built her career at the intersection of business management and human resources. After earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales in Rabat, she completed a Master's in International Human Resource Management at the International University of Rabat. She began her professional journey with early experiences in HR management and administrative support, which allowed her to gain a solid understanding of organizational dynamics in diverse contexts. These early roles strengthened her insight into operational challenges and fueled her interest in structure, efficiency, and team collaboration. In 2021, she joined Positive Agenda Advisory as Administrative and Financial Director, overseeing administrative leadership, financial management, and the overall smooth operation of the company. She is actively involved in developing tools and processes that improve information flow, support internal projects, and reinforce collective dynamics. Committed to teamwork, she ensures clarity in processes, structured tools, and effective team support, with constant attention to both the quality of working relationships and the efficiency of organizational actions.
