Mohammed LOULICHKI
Mohammed Loulichki is a former Ambassador, Senior Fellow at the Policy Center for the New South, and Affiliate Professor at Mohammed VI Polytechnic University. Specialized in diplomacy, conflict resolution and human rights, he has 40 years of experience in the fields of diplomacy and legal affairs. He has notably served as Head of the Department of Legal Affairs and Treaties of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He has also served as Morocco’s Ambassador to Hungary, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Croatia (1995-1999), Ambassador Coordinator of the Government of Morocco to MINURSO (1999-2001), Ambassador of Morocco to the United Nations in Geneva (2006-2008) and New York (2001-2003 and 2008-2014), as well as President of the Security Council (December 2014).
Mr. Loulichki was appointed Chairman of the Security Council’s Counter-Terrorism Committee (2013), Chairman of the Working Group on Peacekeeping Operations (2012), Vice-President of the Human Rights Council (2006), facilitator of the Universal Periodic Review of the Human Rights Council (2006 and 2010), and Chairman of the National Follow-up Committee on Nuclear Issues (2003-2006).
With his expertise in geopolitics and international relations, Mr. Loulichki provides fundamental support to the success of our activities.
Michel Kizito BRIZOUA-BI
Michel Kizito Brizoua-Bi, 55 years old, Attorney at Law, was trained at the Universities of Abidjan, Toulouse and Harvard. He is a partner and co-founder of BILE-AKA, BRIZOUA-BI & ASSOCIES based in Abidjan. He is also founder and former President of Africa Business Law Firm Association (2015-2018) which is the association of African business law firms. He is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of Stanbic Bank Côte d’Ivoire (STANDARD BANK of SOUTH AFRICA Group) and Chairman of the Governance Commission of the Confederation of African Football (CAF) as well as an Independent Director on the Board of Directors of the national airline Air Côte d’Ivoire.
Thanks to his expertise in Business Law and his knowledge of the African economic and institutional ecosystems, Mr. Brizoua-Bi brings considerable added value to our team.
Hervé LEFEVRE
Currently Senior Vice President of Kea Partners, Hervé is Senior Advisor to Positive Agenda Advisory. Hervé graduated from Ecole Polytechnique in 1978 and from Ecole Nationale du Génie Rural, des Eaux et Forêts in 1980. He has more than 40 years of experience in the field of strategy and management consulting, having held various positions during his career. He was Senior Partner and Director of Bossard Consultants and Vice President of Gemini Consulting. He founded and managed Kea Partners from 2001 to 2013, was a Director of The Transformation Alliance (TTA), and is a Director of Kea Africa. He founded and chaired the Sociodynamics Institute in 2014.
This background from the consulting world brings a real managerial and strategic know-how for the development of P2A.
Meriem Zairi
Currently Managing Director at SEAF Morocco Growth Fund. Meriem graduated from ESSEC Business School in Paris with an MSc in Management and a specialization in Finance. Meriem has 20 years of experience in international private equity transactions through various positions held during her career. She was a fund manager at an impact investment management platform focused on emerging markets. She has a strong entrepreneurial background in Morocco and is very involved in the local and regional private and entrepreneurial ecosystem. Meriem is also President of the Startup & Digital Transformation Commission at CGEM (Moroccan employers’ organization).
With this strong strategic and operational expertise, Meriem is a real asset for the success of our missions.
Sylvain ALLANO
Currently Chief Scientific Officer of FLYING WHALES, Sylvain graduated from the Ecole Normale Supérieure Paris-Saclay in 1979 and from Sorbonne University in 1987. Sylvain has more than thirty years of experience in the fields of higher education, scientific research, innovation and intellectual property through various positions held during his career. He has directed a joint research unit of the CNRS, held several positions of responsibility in scientific research, been Scientific Director of the PSA Group and co-founded several startups.
Thanks to this expertise and as Senior Advisor to Positive Agenda Advisory, Sylvain brings pragmatic and concrete orientations.
Awa Ndiaye Seck
Currently Senior Advisor at Positive Agenda Advisory, Awa Ndiaye Seck, a trained lawyer, is also a graduate of Southern Illinois University in Carbondale (USA) with an MBA. With nearly 40 years of experience in the fields of development, governance, conflict prevention, peacebuilding, gender, and regional integration, Ms. Ndiaye Seck has held various positions, including within United Nations agencies such as UNDP (United Nations Development Programme) and UN Women, as well as high-level positions in public administration.
With this remarkable background, she will bring genuine expertise to support the development of P2A.
Joaquim Llimona Balcells
Currently a Senior Advisor at Positive Agenda Advisory, Joaquim Llimona Balcells graduated from the University of Barcelona in Law and holds a diploma in European Advanced Studies from the College of Europe in Bruges. With nearly 30 years of experience in the legal and international relations field, Mr. Llimona has held various positions throughout his career, ranging from Secretary of External Relations for the regional government of Catalonia, Commissioner of International Relations for the City of Barcelona, to the presidency of the PIMEC Foundation (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises of Catalonia).
With this extensive background, Mr. Llimona will bring invaluable expertise, shaped by his diverse background in both the public and private sectors, to support the development of P2A.
Rachad Farah
Currently a Senior Advisor at Positive Agenda Advisory, His Excellency Rachad Farah graduated from the International Institute of Public Administration (IIAP-Paris) in Diplomacy in 1977. With nearly 45 years of experience in diplomacy, international relations, and development, His Excellency Ambassador has held various positions throughout his career, ranging from Founder and Managing Director of the consulting firm Rachad Farah & Partners to Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Djibouti in several countries.
Drawing on this wealth of experience, he will offer invaluable insights and expertise in international development to support the development of P2A.
