Mr Sylvain ALLANO
Currently Chief Scientific Officer of FLYING WHALES, Sylvain graduated from the Ecole Normale Supérieure Paris-Saclay in 1979 and from Sorbonne University in 1987. Sylvain has more than thirty years of experience in the fields of higher education, scientific research, innovation and intellectual property through various positions held during his career. He has directed a joint research unit of the CNRS, held several positions of responsibility in scientific research, been Scientific Director of the PSA Group and co-founded several startups. Thanks to this expertise and as Senior Advisor to Positive Agenda Advisory, Sylvain brings pragmatic and concrete orientations.
